Paul V. Groth

Paul V. Groth is a member/partner of the firm who has practiced law for nearly 3 decades.

His experience and knowledge on legal issues concerning criminal, domestic relations, real estate, bankruptcy, and municipal matters has made him a valuable asset to the Seglund Gabe Pawlak & Groth, PLC. Paul covers a wide range of legal issues and has the experience that is necessary to effectively represent his clients fairly.


Paul received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Wayne State University. He later went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree in 1984 from the Detroit College of Law.


Paul was a law clerk for the Honorable Martin L. Boyle for 3 years prior to his admission to the State Bar of Michigan in 1985. He has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Court in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.

For more than 10 years, Paul served as the lead Prosecutor for the Charter Township of Highland, the Charter Township of Milford, the Village of Milford, the Village of Wolverine Lake and the City of Wixom in the 52-1 District Court.  He also has more than 10 years experience as Charter Township of Milford Tax Tribunal Attorney.
